Green Rice (with coriander and lime juice)
Chicken or Chick peas in Adobo (marinated in mild chilli sauce)
Refried Beans

Sunday 20th May

Chilorio Tacos (made with wheat or Maize tortillas with pulled pork marinated in chillies)
Or
Potato Tacos in tomato and chilli sauce

Accompanied by Cactus Salad and Black beans
